Los Diablitos
Electric Brixton, SW2 1RJ , [Venue Details]Los Diablitos was a vallenato musical group formed in 1983 by accordionist Omar Geles and vocalist Miguel Morales. Their name comes from the nickname given to Omar Geles as a child, who later became the sole director of the organization.
The company name became known in 1986, as it was initially conceived under the names of Omar Geles “el diablito” and Miguel Morales.
Their style has been primarily romantic, thus contributing to the expansion of this subgenre with other organizations such as El Binomio de Oro, Los Embajadores Vallenatos, Los Chiches Vallenatos, among others.
In 1985, they released their first album, “De verdad verdad,” which featured their first hit, “Tu,” a composition by Hernando Marín. This marked the beginning of the group’s consolidation at the national level.
